  • Own the governance, quality, and security of Presage's proprietary health datasets, ensuring they are optimized for both research and production needs.
  • Introduce and maintain data lake / versioned storage technologies (e.g., Iceberg, Delta, lakeFS) to ensure reproducibility and auditability of datasets.
  • Own orchestration layer (Dagster / Airflow) to schedule, monitor, and retry ML pipelines.
  • Enforce infrastructure-as-code, monitoring, alerting, and cost controls specific to ML workloads.
  • Collaborate with the CTO and Machine Learning Scientists to identify and drive development of high-value algorithms that align with company strategy and product goals.
  • Define and enforce data validation, drift detection, and model performance monitoring standards.
  • Drive compliance-readiness : secure storage, audit trails, access controls aligned with healthcare regulations.
