WHO WE ARE
At Presage Technologies, we believe in improving the quality of healthcare while also making it more affordable and accessible. Over 90% of the world's population has access to a device that can power our software, but less than half have access to basic health services. We are aiming to close that gap by developing cutting-edge artificial intelligence and video analytics to transform consumer electronics and mobile phone consumer apps into sophisticated health sensing platforms.

We are seeking an MLOps & Data Engineer to lead the design, deployment, and governance of our machine learning infrastructure and data strategy. You'll have end-to-end ownership of our ML pipelines, from data acquisition and preprocessing to model validation and deployment, ensuring our AI systems are robust, scalable, and compliant.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Architect, deploy, and manage ML infrastructure for large-scale distributed training and inference.
- Develop, standardize, and maintain CI / CD and verification / validation (V&V) pipelines for both research and production environments.
- Implement and manage MLFlow (or equivalent) for model tracking, experiment reproducibility, and deployment lineage.
- Own the governance, quality, and security of Presage's proprietary health datasets, ensuring they are optimized for both research and production needs.
- Introduce and maintain data lake / versioned storage technologies (e.g., Iceberg, Delta, lakeFS) to ensure reproducibility and auditability of datasets.
- Own orchestration layer (Dagster / Airflow) to schedule, monitor, and retry ML pipelines.
- Enforce infrastructure-as-code, monitoring, alerting, and cost controls specific to ML workloads.
- Collaborate with the CTO and Machine Learning Scientists to identify and drive development of high-value algorithms that align with company strategy and product goals.
- Define and enforce data validation, drift detection, and model performance monitoring standards.
- Drive compliance-readiness : secure storage, audit trails, access controls aligned with healthcare regulations.
