Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A contracted position is available for a Physical Therapist specializing in both healthcare and school environments to provide services across multiple K-12 educational settings in Fishers, IN. This role offers flexible daily hours within an 8-hour workweek, acmodating individual scheduling needs.

This position spans the academic year, starting on July 30, 2025, and concluding on May 29, 2026, aligning with the school calendar. The therapist will deliver services across various school buildings, including early childhood, elementary, intermediate, middle, and high school levels.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide physical therapy services adhering to state and federal guidelines, ensuring pliance with Individualized Education Program (IEP) requirements.
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
  • Conduct assessments and monitor student progress to address physical challenges impacting educational performance.
  • Support students across a diverse age range within the school population.
  • Manage an estimated caseload of 5-6 students, with flexibility as programs transition.

Qualifications and Desired Experience :

  • Licensed Physical Therapist with credentials valid for practice in Indiana.
