You will contact pre-qualified leads, show properties, facilitate the negotiation process, and make that final sale for the buyer’s dream home. Compensation :
$75,000+ at plan commission
Responsibilities :
- Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home
- Participate in open houses, arrange showings and show homes to potential buyers
- Make sure buyers clients go through a seamless home purchasing process including helping buyers choose mortgage options that fit their budget
- Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller or listing agent to achieve desired results
- Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market
- Successfully close an average of 2+ sales per month during a calendar year
- Must consistently utilize our proven systems and tools (provided by the company) to expand your business
- Participate in weekly team meetings and check-ins with your mentor agent
- Complete assigned training specific to the position
- Take part in team activities and events sponsored by the company
- Perform data entry into databases, including CRM programs, data spreadsheets, etc.
- Follow the lead protocol as established by leadership at The Real Estate Center
Qualifications :
1+ years of buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experiencePossess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by carMust possess great communication and interpersonal skillsHigh school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferredMust demonstrate a consistent record of real estate successCurrent Wisconsin Real Estate License (qualified candidate may be in the process of obtaining a license)Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environmentPersonable with outstanding customer service skills that exceed expectations and keep clients not only satisfied but happyMust possess outstanding listening skills!Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with multi-tasking and creativityDemonstrated proficiency with technology and understanding of Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Calendar, and use of G-DriveMust be willing to work, including some weekends and eveningsAbout Company
