Responsibilities
- Manage clients cases from beginning to end;
- Writing and submitting motions to continue, motion for bond, motion to reopen, cancellation of removal, briefs, witness lists, and exhibit lists
- Speaking with clients and preparing them for court
- Attending Immigration Court bonds, master calendar, and individual merits hearings;
