As the Assistant Manager, you will act as a role model for and ensure that all associates understand their respective roles in providing a fast, in-stock, and helpful customer experience. You will focus on operation excellence and customer service in partnership with the Store Manager to drive store sales and profitability. The Assistant Manager will support the Store Manager in all areas of store performance including customer experience, associate development, sales, expense control, facilities management, LP / safety, inventory management, event planning, operation merchandising, and achievement in profitability goals.
REQUIRED SKILLS : Strong leadership, administrative, organizational, managerial, and communication skills. Analytical ability to gather and interpret information, and to develop, recommend, and implement solutions.
PREFERRED SKILLS : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
