RN Home Care Nursing Coordinator

Exciting Opportunity in Home Care! This is for those of you with Excellent Communication Skills to do What You do Best! Join our New Dimensions team as a Full Time RN Home Care Nursing Coordinator. You will collaborate with all departments to ensure the delivery of quality care, including private duty nursing oversight, obtaining and processing physician orders, and communicating with nursing staff. Your efforts to establish provision of services will directly improve the quality of life of the clients we serve! Experience preferred, but not necessary, as we will provide all necessary training.
