3+ years of experience sourcing for roles in a competitive talent market

Proven success managing a high-volume requisition load in a fast-paced environment

Demonstrated ability to find and attract candidates for niche skill sets in B2B SaaS, data infrastructure, or AI / ML

Proficiency with advanced sourcing methods (boolean, X-ray, GitHub / StackOverflow, etc.)

Comfort with data-driven recruiting and sharing actionable insights
