CNC Supervisor – 3rd Shift

Position Overview

We are seeking a hands-on  3rd Shift CNC Supervisor  to lead and support a small team of CNC operators. This leader will oversee workloads, serve as the go-to resource for questions, and ensure that all work is completed safely, accurately, and on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and provide leadership to 3 CNC operators on 3rd shift
  • Assign and manage workloads to meet production schedules and quality standards
  • Serve as the primary resource for troubleshooting, technical questions, and process improvements
  • Enforce and promote safety standards to maintain a safe working environment
  • Monitor performance, provide coaching, and support the development of team members
  • Collaborate with other shift supervisors and management to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of CNC machining and leadership / supervisory experience
  • Strong knowledge of CNC operations and machining processes
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop a small team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong commitment to safety and quality standards

    • Schedule

  • 3rd shift; end time is  6 : 00 a.m.
  • Start times may vary based on workload
