Job Description & Requirements Specialty : OR - Operating Room Discipline : RN Start Date : 11 / 17 / 2025 Duration : 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift : 12 hours, nights Employment Type : Travel JOB ID : CNE-818 Job Title : Labor & Delivery RN (LDR / OR – Circulating & Scrub Experience) Schedule : 36 hours / week (3x12 hr Night Shifts) Every 3rd weekend No holidays, no call Position Summary : The Labor & Delivery RN provides comprehensive nursing care to patients and their families in accordance with the American Nurses Association Standards of Professional Nursing Practice. This role includes responsibility for circulating and scrubbing during urgent, emergent, and STAT C-sections, as well as providing patient-centered care throughout the labor, delivery, and recovery process. Key Responsibilities : Deliver primary nursing care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. Circulate and scrub for C-sections, including urgent and emergent procedures. Collaborate with physicians, families, and the healthcare team to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes. Adhere to infection control, patient safety, and hospital policy standards. Document care accurately in the electronic medical record system (Epic). Requirements : COVID vaccination (required). Current BLS certification (required). Epic EMR experience (required). Active RN license in the state of Rhode Island / Compact (required). Previous experience in LDR and / or OR with C-sections (required). Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
