Key Responsibilities :

Process invoices for multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Verify the accuracy of supplier invoices and address any discrepancies.

Utilize the "3-way matching" process to confirm proper documentation for payments.

Oversee and reconcile the "goods received but not invoiced" report.

Collaborate with suppliers to resolve payment inquiries and maintain strong relationships.

Monitor the accounts payable aging report and ensure timely payments.

Continuously evaluate and improve AP processes and controls for greater efficiency.

What We're Looking For :

Associate's degree in Accounting or a related field preferred, but not required.

Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving abilities.

Ability to handle multiple deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.

Self-starter with a strong sense of integrity and accountability.
