Marketing & Multimedia Specialist

We are looking for a creative and driven Marketing & Multimedia Specialist to join our team. This role blends design, videography, and digital marketing to help us tell compelling stories, engage our audience, and elevate our brand. If you are passionate about visual storytelling and have a knack for digital strategy, we would love to meet you!

Location : This position will work in our Kearney, Nebraska, office.

Pay & Hours : This is an hourly position with overtime potential (pay will be dependent upon experience). Will average 35-45 hours per week typically working normal daytime hours but will occasionally include longer days and weekends for special events.

Job Summary : The primary goal of this position is to produce products in multiple forms to engage our audience to develop product, brand, and company recognition. Will include activities that motivate team members and help grow sales.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design & Branding

Create visually engaging graphics for web, social media, email, and print.

Plan, shoot, and edit videos for promotional campaigns, social media, and internal use.

Assist in developing and executing digital campaigns across social media, email, and web.

Work closely with the marketing team and other departments to align messaging and goals.
