REN Seafoods is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Sanitation Worker!
The purpose of this job is to use USDA-approved chemicals to disinfect surfaces, sanitize, and maintain assigned areas throughout the building.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following :
- Use approved chemicals to disinfect surfaces.
- Perform general cleaning and sanitizing tasks and services throughout property.
- Use cleaning cart to transport cleaning supplies.
- Clean and disinfect bathrooms.
- Wipe and dust surfaces in rooms.
- Mop and clean floors, rugs, furniture, drapes and mirrors.
- Stock bathroom supplies.
- Empty trash containers.
- Remove empty boxes from production floor and dispose of in designated area.
- Notify maintenance if something is not working properly.
- Report any potential issues to management.
