General Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the Growth organization to understand their strategic objectives, challenges, and operational needs.
- Identify and support opportunities to leverage IT solutions to address business needs.
- Define and prioritize IT solution requirements based on business needs.
- Work with cross-functional teams to oversee solution implementation, including vendors, technical teams, and internal departments.
- Administration of the enterprise platform, including system configuration, use management, and group management
- Provide technical support to Client users
- Facilitate end-user training for current and new Client employees
- Strong executive presence, facilitation skills, drive for results, attention to quality and detail, and a collaborative attitude.
- Excellent customer service, communication, documentation, work prioritization and analytical skills.
- Ability and willingness to go above and beyond the comfort zone when it comes to learning about other infrastructure services when needed.
- Understand and plan for release updates, plug in etc. for SaaS applications.
- Define and document policies in conjunction with security and procedures where applicable for portfolio tools.
- Provie assistance in the management and support of integrations between tools in development landscape, including Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, JAMA, Tableau, ServiceNow, Okta, SailPoint, Workato, Docusign, etc.
Technical Qualifications- Smartsheet
Strong knowledge of Smartsheet Core App functionalities and capabilities requiredExperience with the Smartsheet Admin Center requiredExperience developing and implementing applications in Smartsheet requiredExperience with Smartsheet Premium Apps (i.e., Bridge, Dynamic View, Data Shuttle, Pivot, WorkApps, Calendar, and DataMesh) strongly preferredExperience with low code / no code development preferredExperience with Agile operating model preferredExperience with Jira, and Atlassian suite of tools ie : JSM, Confluence, Assets, PlansTechnical Qualifications- Docusign
