Heavy Equipment Operator / Laborer
Aerotek is hiring for a geo-technical contractor specializing in the design and installation of specialty foundation elements and ground improvement techniques. Our projects are generally commercial, civil, and industrial. We take pride in our earth retention molds and sculpting that hold back slopes. As an Equipment Operator, you will use front end loaders, dozers, backhoes to dig, trench, move materials onsite, move lumber, pile rock, and compact. You will also use a Tie back drill, concrete pump, or micropile.

Our work environment involves working on commercial, civil, and industrial projects. Employees start their days with a safety orientation and receive task assignments from their supervisor. The role requires working 5-6 days per week, 10 hours per day, with an average of 50 hours per week. Most jobs require travel across the Rocky Mountain region, Kansas, North Dakota to Texas, and as far as Louisiana. Employees receive mileage reimbursement at the government rate and a per diem of $40 per day for travel.
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
