Responsibilities / Accountabilities

  • Package pharmaceutical products per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company policies & procedures in compliance with specifications and regulations established for packaging process.
  • Operate automatic filling, labeling, and sealing equipment.
  • Perform cleaning of the packaging room and equipment.
  • cGMP / Documentation : Perform all functions according to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
  • Accurately and legibly document in applicable Log Books
  • Determine when to stop a line related to safety or quality.
  • Operate automatic packaging equipment.
  • Document packaging activities.
  • Feed filling equipment.
  • Palletize finished products.
  • Perform line cleaning.
  • Segregate waste products and materials.
  • Return unused material / product.
  • Participate in safety related programs and or safety teams as needed.
  • Reconcile product bulk, material, packaging, and printed materials.

Enforce and follow safety regulations and ensure the working area is clean.
