Key Responsibilities
Handle high-volume inbound and some outbound calls assisting patients

Verify insurance, billing, and medical information accurately
Required Qualifications
1+ year of recent call center experience
Knowledge of medical terminology or prescription benefits is a plus
High School Diploma or equivalent
Must have a quiet, distraction-free home office setup
High-speed wired internet connection is required
