Service Worker I

The City of Monroe Public Works Department is accepting applications for a Service Worker I.  We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team.  The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to support various operations in Streets, Parks, Cemeteries, Facilities Maintenance, and Water and Stormwater.  This role requires physical stamina, a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.

Our current vacancy is in the Water Division.  The working hours are Monday-Friday, 7 am - 3 : 30 pm plus any additional overtime as required.  This position is required to be on-call on rotating weekends.  Starting Pay is $23 per hour.
