Salary :

Baldwin & Shell Construction Company is searching for experienced Metal Building Erectors and Sheeters who will thrive on our Industrial Services Team. This position will work in the Little Rock metro area. This is a full-time position with standard work hours, but hours can vary depending on the project time frame.

The Metal Building Erector is responsible for erecting pre-engineered metal buildings. They also install wall panels, sheeting, trim, insulation and metal roofing.

You will report directly to the Assistant Superintendent or Superintendent. As a core company member, you will be expected to be professional, polite, friendly, reliable, and attentive while also being accurate. You should always be prepared, organized, and responsive, willing to meet each challenge directly while not being afraid to ask for help when needed.

Responsibilities :

• Study specifications in blueprints to determine the locations, quantities, or sizes of materials required and work requirements.
• Connect columns, beams, and girders with bolts, following blueprints and instructions from supervisors.
• Bolt aligned structural steel members in position for permanent riveting, bolting, or welding into place.
• Cut and bend pieces using the appropriate tools.
• Follow established safety rules and regulations to maintain a safe and clean environment.
