We’re looking for a Product Designer (3–5 years experience) to join our LA team (hybrid). You’ll be the lead designer on a brand-new telemedicine product focused on lifestyle medicine , shaping experiences from the ground up while also evolving Bold’s design system and brand.
What you’ll do : Design member and provider flows (intake, onboarding, care plans)
Contribute, build and maintain our Figma design system
Partner closely with product management, engineering and other designers to prototype, test and ship quickly
Ensure accessibility across web and mobile apps
Who you are : 3–5 years of product design experience (startup or growth stage a plus)
Strong in visual design, systems thinking, and iteration
Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-moving spaces
Nice to have : Front-end dev skills
D2C design experience at a strong brand
Healthcare experience
Ability to create engaging animations + illustrations

We’re committed to an inclusive, consistent, and equitable approach to compensation. We anticipate that this position will earn between $120,000 and $170,000 annually in addition to an equity grant. The exact salary will depend on the relevant and transferable experience you bring to the role.
