This is a critical role where you'll coordinate across Operations, Materials Management, Project Management, and other support teams to keep production schedules on track and compliant with GMP standards. If you enjoy solving complex challenges, collaborating cross-functionally, and seeing the direct impact of your work, this could be the role for you.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will :

  • Create and maintain the Master Production Schedule for sterile injectable products (liquid and lyophilized).
  • Coordinate yearly preventative maintenance and validation activities to support a GMP environment.
  • Lead weekly facility production meetings, keeping teams aligned and issues resolved.
  • Monitor orders to ensure schedules are metescalating challenges quickly when needed.
  • Manage material planning, procurement, and inventory levelsavoiding both shortages and overstock.
  • Support new product introductions and update project timelines with accurate material information.
  • Partner with senior management on long-range forecasting.
  • Contribute to the improvement of material specifications, MRP accuracy, and scheduling processes.

What We're Looking For

We need a detail-oriented, proactive planner who thrives in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.

Skills & Experience :

  • 5+ years of experience in GMP manufacturing planning / scheduling or project management.
  • Strong knowledge of aseptic pharmaceutical manufacturing.
  • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Project (Smartsheet experience a plus).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsyou can confidently lead meetings and resolve conflicts.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate complex requests.
  • Education :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
