Our office is rapidly growing and we are looking to train the right individual to fit right into our company. We are currently seeking to fulfill a full-time position in our Commercial Lines Department. Our Commercial Lines Customer Service Rep / Commercial Lines Account Manager will be responsible to provide exceptional customer service to our current clients and new prospects when they call in for assistance.

Responsibilities
Obtain underwriting information for new commercial clients from our sales department.Complete Acord applications in our Agency Management System (AMS360). Complete all required supplemental applications.Prepare quotes using insurance carriers on-line rating programs.Work with insurance carrier underwriters to obtain quotations and negotiate terms.Document each customer contact in AMS360.Issue Evidence of Insurance / Certificates of Insurance / Auto ID Cards.Share training and education knowledge and expertise with team members.Provide exceptional customer service.Claim follow up calls.Provides on-going support to insurance clients as needed.Requirements
Be able to obtain or currently possess a Property & Casualty insurance license.Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentGreat Customer Service Skills.Problem-Solving Capabilities.Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified timeframe.Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
