Job Description :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and safety-minded Production Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating production equipment, assembling and packaging products, and maintaining strict compliance with ISO and GMP standards. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a cleanroom or other regulated manufacturing environment and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

Key Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a cleanroom, GMP, or other regulated production environment.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with team members.
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English; bilingual English / Spanish skills are a plus and eligible for additional pay.
  • Knowledge of ISO standards, GMP practices, or FDA regulations is preferred.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Operate, monitor, and maintain cleanroom production equipment following established safety protocols.
  • Assemble, pack, and inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Perform in-process quality checks and accurately complete all required documentation.
  • Train and support new team members on standard operating procedures and cleanroom practices.
  • Assist in troubleshooting production issues to reduce downtime and maintain workflow.
  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace while adhering to ISO cleanliness standards.

    • Physical Requirements :

  • Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours per shift.
  • Capable of working 8–12-hour shifts, as required.
  • Frequent repetitive reaching and grasping with both hands, up to 90% of the workday.
  • Must be able to lift to 35 lbs.

    • Schedule : (Two - 1st shifts)

  • 6am-2pm – Monday Friday
  • 6am –4pm – Monday –Thursday
