Field Supervisor

About the Position : We are looking for a motivated and reliable Field Supervisor for our West Florida Team to join our team. This is an entry-level opportunity with full training provided. You’ll be responsible for coordinating and overseeing siding installations from start to finish, ensuring they are completed according to manufacturer specifications, building codes, and builder plans. We provide you with the tools you need to succeed, including a company truck, phone, and tablet. Responsibilities : Manage and maintain the project schedule for siding installations. Oversee crews to ensure work meets all codes, manufacturer specs, and plans. Conduct pre-walk inspections to identify and address issues before installation begins. Communicate effectively with builders, site managers, and field teams. Schedule crews, release and track materials, and confirm site readiness. Ensure job sites remain clean, organized, and safe at all times. Document project progress and provide regular updates to management. Qualifications : Strong organizational and communication skills. Self-motivated, dependable, and willing to learn. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Bilingual (English / Spanish) is a strong advantage.
