We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Dining Room Supervisor to join our team at Heartis Senior Living. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional dining experiences, strong leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail. As a Dining Room Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing dining room operations, ensuring high standards of service, and leading our staff to deliver memorable experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities :Supervise daily dining room operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient service flow.Train, mentor, and lead dining room staff, fostering a positive working environment and encouraging professional growth.Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and organization in the dining area.Greet and seat guests, manage reservations, and maintain an accurate seating chart.Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery.Assist in menu planning and special event preparations, working with management to develop themed events or promotions.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.Prepare regular reports on dining room performance and staff efficiency for management review.Handle cash and check transactions accurately, ensuring the proper management of tips and gratuities.Qualifications :High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality management or related degree preferred.Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in a restaurant or hospitality environment.Strong knowledge of food service and beverage operations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.Skills :Proficient in restaurant management software and point-of-sale (POS) systems.Strong problem-solving abilities and a knack for conflict resolution.Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and build positive relationships with both staff and guests.Exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to quality.What We Offer :Competitive salary and tips.Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.A vibrant and supportive work environment.Employee discounts on food and beverage.If you are passionate about hospitality and have the skills to lead a dynamic dining team, we would love to hear from you!
