The Marion Pediatrics Clinic is seeking an experienced and motivated LPN Supervisor to lead a dedicated team focused on delivering exceptional care to children and their families. This leadership role provides the opportunity to combine clinical expertise with team mentorship, ensuring that safe, efficient, and compassionate care is consistently provided throughout the practice.
In this role, the LPN Supervisor will support a multidisciplinary team that includes LPNs, Medical Assistants, and six Pediatric Providers. Primary responsibilities include overseeing daily clinic operations, providing hands-on clinical support as needed, coordinating staffing and scheduling, maintaining regulatory compliance, and ensuring that clinical tasks and documentation are completed accurately. The LPN Supervisor also plays a key role in training and developing staff, supporting process improvements, and fostering a positive, team-oriented environment.
This position is ideal for an LPN who thrives in both leadership and patient-care capacities and will suit someone who enjoys mentoring others, building strong relationships with pediatric patients and families, and contributing to a collaborative, growth-focused clinic culture. Supervise the smooth and efficient operation of the department and assist in the provision of quality health care to patients. Under the direction of the Director or the Assistant Director of Nursing, proactively coordinates patient care activities and ensures the nursing process is carried out by demonstrating professional and clinical leadership.

LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse - National Council of State Boards of Nursing

LPN licensed in the State of Ohio, without restrictions. Motivated, self directed individual with a well integrated personality. Poised, professional appearance. Effective communication and interpersonal relations. Must possess a current card verifying CPR Certification or will need to become certified within the first 120 days. Ability to operate, including but not limited to, computer, FAX machine, copier, and multi line phone. Must have two years of office or supervisory Experience and minimum of four years of general nursing Experience . Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel programs.
