JOB SUMMARY :

The Customer Service / Conference & Facilities Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for internal customers, providing support in a fast-paced environment. This role acts as a liaison between internal customers and various departments, ensuring smooth scheduling of conference rooms, events, and facility work orders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Take calls from internal customers and department representatives, providing excellent customer service.
• Enter reservations into conference room scheduling software and facility work order system.
• Enter and track work orders using division partner software.
• Coordinate with department groups for customer events.
• Provide timely support and assistance to internal customers and colleagues.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for events, reservations, and work orders.
