New Build Implementation Manager
Responsible for supporting Optimum new build and market expansion opportunities to increase revenue by overseeing full end-to-end project milestones, go-to-market strategies, and post-launch sales goals in assigned area.
Manages the communication process between Business Development, sales, area / regional stakeholders, developers and builders, other internal and external stakeholders on project status and delivery timelines.
Partner with assigned business development rep to track joint trench dates, 1st home dates, and ensure projects are tracking to gain approvals and complete builds within milestone requirements.
Ensure go-to-market strategies are planned and implemented for pre and post release.
Ensure sales tactics are organized, planned, and track post-release sell-in activity and successes.
Provide information to regional operations teams for all projects to simplify and streamline information to improve milestone time frames.
Ongoing development and implementation of new strategies, processes, and documentation.
Leads research activities and working sessions as it relates to strategic expansion activities and prioritization with B2C and B2B sales teams, Growth team, Procurement, Government Affairs, Legal, and Construction as required.
Partner with Business Planning, Growth, and Area leaders to develop and update appropriate ROI models in support of New Build efforts.
Coordinate with Landlords, Business Development companies, and Legal to obtain, review and update required documents.
Seek opportunities for additional revenue.
Prepares and presents daily, weekly, and monthly KPI's including executive program updates on New Build activity as required.
Performs other duties as assigned.
College degree preferred or equivalent experience required
Proficiency in using a Windows-based computer
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong negotiation, problem solving and analytical skills
Strong people and relationship management skills
Ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities
Ability to work independently and with others
Ability to comply with all company implemented safety procedures
Ability to travel up to 25%
