Description : Job Summary :

Conducts performance and reliability testing on engines, components and installations in test cells.

Qualifications and Competencies :

  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent required with 5 years working on gasoline or diesel engines OR automotive or diesel trade school graduate OR Associates degree from an accredited program in mechanical engineering technology.

  • Light fabrication work (Drilling, tapping, welding)

  • We are seeking candidates with solid experience working on gasoline and / or diesel engines. The ideal individuals will have strong mechanical aptitude, be comfortable using hand tools, and possess a thorough understanding of engine components and systems.
  • Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; however, recent graduates from accredited auto or diesel tech schools will also be considered. Engine experience is the top priority for this role.
  • This is a 6-month position with the possibility of extension. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM. Overtime is available on a voluntary basis.
  • The interview process will include a 45-minute Zoom interview followed by a second round of in-person interviews upon manager request.
