Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed for a contract lasting one full semester within an elementary school setting in New Iberia, LA. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced SLP seeking to provide specialized speech and language services to young students.

Two full-time SLP positions are available for the upcoming school year : one serving the high school population and one serving pre-kindergarten through elementary students. The role involves planning, administering, and documenting individualized therapy sessions centered on improving students' communication skills.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for assigned students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to students needs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student progress
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of services provided
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute professional insights
