Assistant Project Manager For Affordable Housing Construction
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Project Manager to support the coordination and execution of affordable housing development projects. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills and a passion for community impact.
Support project coordination across departments
Assist in planning and development phases
Prepare invoices, estimates, and meeting schedules
Monitor project progress and report updates
Perform research and administrative tasks as needed
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery

1-3 years of experience in project coordination or management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
Strong communication and organizational skills
High school diploma required; relevant certifications preferred
Competitive salary range : $80,000-$105,000
