Your Responsibilities :

  • Conduct showings, consultations, and listing appointments.

  • Maintain CRM activity and ensure consistent client follow-up.
  • Deliver a 5-star service experience from start to finish.

    • What We’re Looking For :

  • Active Real Estate License in Georgia.
  • Full-time availability.
  • Strong follow-up, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Coachable and driven to succeed.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

    • Compensation :

    Commission-based. Six-figure potential for agents ready to work the system.

    $48,226.91 - $196,492.21 per year

    Benefits : Flexible schedule

    Schedule : Monday to Friday

    Self-determined schedule
