What Youll Do

• Review patient info & clinical documentation for accuracy.
• Prepare & submit clean claims to insurers.
• Apply ICD-10 and behavioral health coding for accurate service representation.
• Follow up on unpaid claims and assist with collections as needed.
• Communicate with providers, payers, and patients on billing-related matters.
• Keep organized, detailed records of all billing activities.
• Stay updated on payer rules, coding standards, and industry changes.
