Multi-skilled individual with primary responsibility to maintain equipment in a proactive safe manner; identify, troubleshoot and repair both mechanical and electrical abnormalities on all factory equipment. Perform all preventative maintenance as scheduled to drive down performance losses and increase equipment reliability. Build operator technical skills and capability.

WHAT YOULL ACCOMPLISH :
Maintain Factory Equipment
Identify defects, execute preventative and predictive maintenance plan.Work in various areas of the plant including : Process areas, Primary and secondary packaging equipment, Material handling and storage equipment.Maintain Power distribution system (up to 480 volts)Control systems Basic PLC I / O hardware troubleshooting, Motor, sensor, drives and Basic electrical circuits, Basic understanding of device communication networksMechanical system Hydraulics, Pneumatics and Mechanical Drive systemsTroubleshooting and problem solving skills to maintain, optimize and improve production equipment, with key plant indicators such as safety, quality, cost.Review maintenance plans and optimize to drive reliability of equipment.Use, validate, and redline engineering drawings (electrical and mechanical)Understand factorys key processes (including Industrial Services, Quality, etc.)Build Capability
Coach operator skills- adjustments / changeovers for new and improvements in existing process. For example : new centerlines, improved cleaning process, improved changeover process, elimination of a Source of Contamination (SOC) or Hard to Reach Places (HTRP).Transfer of operational tasks such as lubrication and inspectionBuild technical proceduresTrain other technical resourcesCMMS system (SAP-AMM)
Access and utilize AMM to accurately document all maintenance activities in AMMIdentify and create Work ordersPerform time entry and technical feedback on work performedImprove Maintenance PlansProvide feedback to Maintenance Planner related to current line performance and opportunities to improveReview required spare parts to ensure accurate bill of materialsREQUIREMENTS :
