Practice Manager, Dental Office

Salary Range : $68,084.10 To 113,234.19 Annually + Relocation Assistance!

Responsibilities :

• Selects, hires, trains, coach, and counsel personnel as required to ensure efficient and effective office work.
• Manages and coordinates all staff / provider schedules.
• Supports and upholds established policies, procedures, objectives, quality improvement, safety, environmental and infection control, and codes and requirements of accreditation and regulatory agencies.
• Provide clinical support at site to enable validation / maintenance of licensure.
• Ensures that office space, supplies, equipment, and assistance are provided and maintained appropriately for medical staff and patient care.
• Coordinates day to day operations at the sites.
• Develops guidelines for prioritizing work activities, evaluating effectiveness and modifying activities, as necessary. Ensures that the office is staffed appropriately.
