The opportunity as part of the Merger and Acquisition Tax team you lead the creation and implementation of impactful tax strategies for complex transactions. As a senior manager you guide large projects, innovate processes, and maintain operational excellence while interacting with clients at a senior level to drive project success. This role involves leveraging your specialized knowledge and technical acumen to deliver quality results and provide strategic input into the firm's business strategies.

What you must have - 5 years of experience - CPA, member of the bar or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity - a juris doctorate (JD), master of laws (LLM), or master's degree in accounting or taxation field of study may be considered in lieu of a bachelor's degree in accounting
