$290 / HR
- Start Date : 3 / 6 / 2023
- Contract Length : 5 months, ongoing
- Shift Details : 7a-7p
- Schedule : message me for full schedule
- Support Staff : CRNAs
- Patients per day : 50-60
- Department Description : Comprised of ortho, ortho trauma, general, general trauma, spine, neuro, cath lab, ambulatory and endo. 1 provider is assigned to OB each day this will not be a locum.
- EMR : Cerner and SaAnesthesia
- Hospital Bed size : 11 OR s in main hospital. 2 in the ambulatory center
- Special Procedures : Locums do not medically direct CRNAs
Practice Setting :
Requirements :
Board Certification : BC or BE in Anesthesiology required
License Required : Active AZ license
Certifications Required : ACLS, PALS
Credentialing Timeframe : 30 days
