Human Resources Leadership Development Program (HRLDP) Internship

Recruiting now for our Summer internships beginning late May 2026!

Our summer Human Resources Leadership Development Program (HRLDP) Internship is the primary feeder pool for our full-time HRLDP.

Receive high-caliber training, mentoring, and guidance from your manager and team while building a RTX network.

Program intended for students looking to join our FT two-year rotational HRLDP after graduation.

What You Will Do :

  • Work collaboratively across HR functions and teams to create high-impact HR solutions in the areas of Human Resources Partner, Total Rewards, Employee / Labor Relations, Talent Acquisition, DE&I, & / or People Services
  • Stretch your capabilities and enhance learning with a frontline, hands-on assignment directly connected to meeting business objectives

Qualifications You Must Have :

  • Willing and able to move anywhere in the U.S.A.
  • Receive a Master's degree in Business, Human Resources Management, or other related discipline not before December 2026.
  • Qualifications We Prefer :

  • Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, communication, interpersonal & analytical skills
  • Self-motivated & team-oriented; able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment

    Locations will vary & work assignments may be onsite, hybrid, or remote :

    Onsite : Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

    Hybrid : Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader.

    Remote : Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed.

    The salary range for this role is - . The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education / training, and key skills. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and / or the company's performance. This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
