About the Opportunity
Pathway Talent Partners is supporting a well-established and highly respected organization in identifying a strong leader to oversee construction operations at a significant project site in Fargo, ND. This position plays a critical role in ensuring safety, operational excellence, and long-term success across a range of complex construction initiatives.
As the key on-site leader, this role will oversee all aspects of project execution, from planning and scheduling to financial performance and stakeholder coordination. This is a highly visible leadership role with strategic importance for future site development.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the construction team to uphold strict safety standards, ensure project quality, and achieve financial targets
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including preconstruction, estimating, BIM / VDC, procurement, accounting, quality control, and commissioning
Drive project scheduling, forecasting, billing, and cash flow management in partnership with internal stakeholders
Serve as the primary point of contact for client-side leadership and project partners
Oversee site operations and logistics, ensuring seamless integration of all project phases and functions
Maintain clear oversight of subcontractor coordination, material delivery timelines, and fabrication schedules
Support financial integrity through GMP tracking, earned value analysis, and ongoing budget monitoring
Engage in routine executive updates and reporting, working closely with senior leadership across finance and operations
Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement across all construction and support teams
Qualifications
Demonstrated leadership experience in managing complex, large-scale construction projects
Deep understanding of project scheduling tools and methodologies (P6, Earned Value Management, Last Planner System)
Strong financial acumen, including experience with GMP and forecasting
Excellent communication skills with a track record of successful client and stakeholder engagement
