A company is looking for a Coding Manager - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Manage coding staff activities, ensuring compliance with laws and regulatory requirements
Train and supervise coding department staff to maximize reimbursement and ensure quality coding
Assist the Coding Director with process oversight to improve coding revenue cycle performance
Required Qualifications
Professional coding certification from AHIMA and / or AAPC (CCS, RHIA, RHIT)
5+ years of experience supervising coders in a multi-specialty and / or facility setting
Experience with electronic health records and Computer Assisted Coding software
Ability to multitask and demonstrate flexibility across multiple time zones
