Position Details :

  • Location : Winter Haven Hospital, 200 Avenue F N.E., Winter Haven, FL 33881
  • Status : Fulltime
  • Shift : Variable start times, 6 : 00AM - 9 : 00AM
  • On Call : No
  • Always in person

    • Summary :

  • The Assistant Nurse Manager (Supervisor) is proficient in the care of a patient population utilizing effective management skills.
  • Supports the Nurse Manager in a supervisory capacity while managing team member and patient care issues, ongoing team member performance appraisal and the hiring, counseling and terminating process.
  • Acts as a role model for other team members and the communication of organizational information.
  • Promotes evidence-based clinical care that exemplifies the pursuit of clinical excellence.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

    • Minimum Qualifications :

  • Required Experience : 2 years RN Acute, Post-Acute, or Sub-Acute experience
  • Preferred Experience : 1 year of Leadership experience
  • Strongly Preferred : Perioperative experience

    • Education, Certifications, & Licensure :

  • Required : Bachelors Degree
  • Required : BLS
  • Required : Registered Nurse License
  • Preferred : CNOR

    • Skills :
