YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU :

  • Want meaningful work that creates real impact for children and families.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • High-level organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong grasp of EHR platforms, Microsoft Office, and scheduling workflows.
  • Ability to pass a TB test and FBI background check.
  • Working knowledge of HIPAA (or willingness to learn quickly).
  • BENEFITS :

  • $23–$27 / hr, depending on experience.
  • Paid vacation, sick leave, holidays and bereavement.
  • Health, dental, and vision benefits.
  • Short- and long-term disability, life insurance.
  • 401(k).
  • Employee Assistance Plan (EAP).
  • Leadership mentoring and structured growth track.
  • And much more.
