Configuration Management Manager

A company is looking for a Manager Configuration Management.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee the Configuration Data Management (CDM) team, providing supervision and performance management

Ensure consistent execution of configuration identification, change control, and data management across assigned programs

Collaborate with various functions to align on CDM practices and maintain configuration control

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field preferred

5+ years of experience in configuration management or related disciplines, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role

Strong working knowledge of CM standards (e.g., AS9100, EIA-649) and lifecycle practices

Proficiency in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM / PDM) systems

US citizenship is required
