Senior Account Director, Affiliate and Influencer Marketing at Acceleration Partners. The Senior Account Director will oversee a portfolio of complex, enterprise-level brands, acting as the senior point of contact and ensuring programs deliver measurable growth across affiliate, influencer, and connected channels. The role blends strategic oversight, commercial accountability, and thought leadership — serving as both a trusted partner to clients and a coach to internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as the senior relationship manager for a portfolio of enterprise clients, building trust and credibility across stakeholder groups — from day-to-day contacts to C-Suite.
• Deeply understand client businesses, aligning affiliate and influencer strategies with broader brand goals and marketing channels (Paid Search, SEO, PR, content, etc.).
• Anticipate risks, address challenges proactively, and act as the escalation point for complex issues.
• Deliver high-quality outputs including QBRs, strategy decks, forecasts, and executive-level presentations.

Perks & Benefits

Salary : Target $130,000 - $150,000 + bonus, depending on location and experience.
