We’re looking for a Digital Advertising Strategist who is proactive, resourceful, and thrives on uncovering new opportunities without being prompted. You’ll not only manage high-level advertising campaigns but also shape how we approach digital advertising across the agency. This is a role for a self-driven leader who takes initiative, learns continuously, and sets the pace for the team.

You’ll set up, manage, and analyze our top advertising campaigns across platforms like Google, Microsoft, Meta, LinkedIn, and more, turning client goals into measurable results. You’ll oversee campaign builds, research audience behaviors, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate closely with Account Managers and the leadership team to scale client programs. This role blends hands-on execution with strategic leadership, offering the chance to shape agency-wide advertising approaches.

This role is fully remote, but you can work from our riverfront office in Oshkosh, WI, if you’d like. Many of our team members are there regularly, and you’re welcome anytime. We offer the kind of flexibility that empowers great work : set your own schedule, work wherever you’re most productive, and manage your day as you see fit, as long as the work gets done and clients are well served. Everyone is required to come in once a month for a team day, so applicants must live within 200 miles of Oshkosh and be able to travel for those days. It’s the perfect mix of flexibility and in-person collaboration!

Who We’re Looking For

  • Develop, implement, and optimize multi-channel digital advertising strategies tailored to client objectives.
  • Lead campaign setup, targeting, bidding, and creative direction across Google, Microsoft, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms.
  • Research audience preferences, search behaviors, and market trends to inform strategy.
  • Recommend innovative approaches to attract and convert target audiences.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers and the Business Development team on new client proposals and pitch strategies.
  • Identify and execute account growth opportunities, ensuring programs scale effectively.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure advertising strategies align with overall client marketing goals.
  • Stay up to date on advertising trends, tools, and platform updates, sharing relevant information with the team and clients.
  • Support account growth by recommending program expansions, updates, and new tactics.
  • Partner with leadership on agency-wide advertising strategies and service offerings.
  • Other duties as assigned by agency leadership.

Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary ($70,000–$95,000, depending on experience), plus a generous profit-sharing program with monthly rewards, quarterly bonuses, and an end-of-year bonus when agency goals are met. Our benefits package includes :
