The Tax Transformation Office serves Deloitte Tax, focused on Service Delivery Transformation inclusive of people, process, and technology in order for our Tax Professionals to deliver efficient, high value, quality tax services to our clients. Tax Transformation drives improvements across the full range of Tax market offerings focused on both Tax compliance and advisory services. Responsibilities
The role requires working knowledge of professional services and the end-to-end engagement life cycle. As a Deloitte Tax Senior, Program Manager on the Transformation team, you will collaborate with Tax subject matter specialists, technologists, and key stakeholders. You will be responsible for managing relationships to track and monitor workstream(s) progress, ensure timely reporting of milestone and dependency status, monitor risks and issues to escalate to leadership, prepare executive-level briefings and reports, and execute day-to-day project management activities to support the tax transformation. Tax transformation projects span Business Threads, inclusive of tax compliance and advisory client service delivery for Corporate, Investment Management, Operating Flowthroughs, Individuals, Estates & Trusts, and Indirect Tax services, as well as cross-thread activities such as initiating, managing and closing engagements. Deloitte Tax LLP's Tax Transformation Office is responsible for the definition of standard processes to support the delivery of Tax services, and the related development and deployment of technology to enable service delivery. The Tax Transformation Office focuses on enhancing Deloitte Tax LLP's ability to deliver value-added, and efficient Tax services to our clients. Tax Transformation consists of professionals with varying backgrounds ranging from Tax Professionals, Human Capital and Technology Consultants, and other IT professionals including QA and Support. The team consults and executes on a wide range of projects with a strong focus on adoption including stakeholder analysis, communications, learning and change management.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $84,980 to $169,650.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
