Specialization : Neurosurgery

Job Summary :

Our dedicated neurosurgery service is seeking an additional physician to cover 10 days of neurosurgery call at LewisGale Medical Center in Salem, Virginia.

Qualified Candidates :

Must be a lawful permanent resident or legal member of the US
Must be board-eligible or board-certified
Ability to obtain a VA medical license, and DEA license
Must be comfortable with both spine and cranial

About our practice and culture :

Variety of neurosurgical services, including cranial, complex spine, trauma, and pain neurosurgery.

Inpatient / Outpatient - intraoperative care as well as the evaluation and management of patients in outpatient clinic .

1 : 3 call

Team includes 2 physicians and 2 physician assistants

Excellent advanced practice provider support with dedicate physician assistants rounding and assisting in surgery
