This unique, fully remote position joins one of California's most established litigation firms. The firm has over 40 years of success and is the largest Women-Owned firm in Southern California. The candidate will manage complete cases from beginning to finish and mentor junior associates.

Responsibilities
Negotiate settlement agreements with opposing counsel.Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and legal briefs.Prepare witnesses for court appearances, coaching on testimony.Communicate with clients throughout the litigation process.Conduct legal research on case-related issues.Interview witnesses, gather evidence, and interview experts.Present cases in court, arguing facts and citing laws.Requirements
At least three (3) years of experience managing a litigation caseload.Experience drafting legal documents, including briefs, motions, and discovery requests.Pre-trial preparation or second-chair trial experience.Excellent analytical and writing skills.Strong communication skills, including client, team, and partner interaction and timely reporting in court.Experience with insurance defense is considered a plus.Must be admitted and in good standing with the California state bar.Our client is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is compliant with all California and Federal rules and regulations including EEOC.
