  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data mapping and cataloging with business goals.
  • Develop clear documentation and training materials to enable users to efficiently leverage data catalog and mapping solutions.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of extensive experience in Data Governance, data mapping, and data catalog solutions within large enterprises.
  • Experience with enterprise data lakes, handling both structured and unstructured data.
  • Proficiency with tools like OneTrust and Transcend.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations (e.g., CCPA, GDPR, HIPAA) and their impact on data handling, cataloging, and governance practices.
  • Ability to document data flows and transformations across platforms, ensuring correct mapping from source to destination.
  • Leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams and ensure data initiatives align with business goals.
  • Strong ability to create clear documentation and training materials for user enablement.
