Position

Propulsion System Simulation Engineer

Responsibilities

• Conduct propulsion system simulations for battery packs, including discharge, durability, and charging behavior analysis.
• Track simulation results and identify next-step actions to inform testing and design decisions.
• Profile and manage simulation workload, ensuring smooth handover to future permanent hires for ongoing programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate simulation results with engineering analysis, validation, and design activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation of simulation parameters, results, and recommended actions.
• Support continuous improvement of simulation workflows and modeling accuracy.
• Ensure simulations adhere to project timelines and engineering standards.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range : $120,000-$135,000. The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate's combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.
