Basic understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) concepts. Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, or other scripting languages. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Eagerness to learn and grow within the ServiceNow ecosystem. Exposure to ServiceNow platform through coursework, internship, or certification. Experience with relational databases (MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server). Knowledge of Agile or ITIL practices. The Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate ServiceNow Developer to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to build a career in ServiceNow development, gain hands-on experience, and contribute to meaningful projects that transform how organizations deliver IT services.
Duties / Responsibilities
- Assist in the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow applications and workflows.
- Support configuration, scripting, and customization of ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog.
- Collaborate with senior developers and consultants to troubleshoot issues and implement enhancements.
- Participate in requirement-gathering sessions with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Document technical solutions, processes, and best practices.
- Stay up to date with new ServiceNow features and functionality.
